Hook'Em Guide Service is a multi species fishing charter
based out of
El Dorado, Kansas. El Dorado Lake, Butler County State Lake, and Coffey
County Lake, are the prime bodies of water
fished for the type of fish you're seeking. Hook'Em Guide Service has many years of
experience fishing these prime lakes throughout
South Central Kansas. Take a full-day or
half-day guided fishing trip with us
 and
you're sure to learn the latest and most
successful fishing techniques. You'll also catch
plenty of fish and enjoy a great time on the
lake.
Charting
with Hook'Em Guide Service, we can teach you how
to fish better or help you learn the structure
on an unfamiliar lake. We accept up to two
anglers at a time on our trips, and encourage
you to bring your kids. We intend on providing
you experience, excitement and knowledge
of the species you target and the lakes we
fish.
My goal for your day of walleye,
wiper, bass, or crappie fishing is to put you on active fish. If you're a novice angler or
just new to these species,
I'll be happy to teach you the
techniques necessary to catch your limit of fish to take home or catch
and release. I will assist you
in any way possible to ensure that your fishing experience is an
enjoyable one. This
is YOUR day on the water, my job is to take you to
the fish.

Now is a time to book
a trip at
Coffey County Lake.
Coffey County Lake has been called the
"Crown Jewel"
of Kansas fisheries. The 5,090 acre lake
provides cooling water for Wolf Creek
Generating Station's condenser water
system. The lake water helps cool steam
to turn it back into water, which is
then reheated to once again make steam.
The average depth of the lake is 21.5
feet with the deepest point
approximately 90 feet. The lake has been
filled and stocked since 1982 with a
variety of species including walleye,
blue, flathead, and channel catfish,
smallmouth and largemouth bass, black
and white crappie, white bass, striper
and wiper. This body of water is
where you can catch huge amounts of fish
in a short time. We provide service for
this lake from November - March on
weekends and special occasions by
appointment.
